Joseph is known for his strong leadership style, and prevention-first approach. Over the years, Joseph has become a master of the "eagle eye approach" to jobsite management and positioning.
His reputation with dealers, manufacturers, and clients has helped PLG stand out as a top project management firm.

Matthew Lyons, Principal of Pepi Lyons Group, brings over a decade of experience leading delivery and installation logistics for large-scale contract furniture projects nationally. Some have included detail oriented, multi-site programs for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 organizations.
Known for transparent communication, forward-thinking strategy, and disciplined work ethic, Matthew anticipates risk early and resolves challenges quickly.
His work is centered on relationship-driven leadership — aligning stakeholders, vendors, and installation teams to deliver top notch results - every time

Senior Project Manager, Anthony Reaux, has extensive experience delivering construction and furniture projects around the US. With nearly 16 years in project management and a strong construction background, Anthony is accustomed to leading large teams and seeing complex projects to their successful completion. A U.S. Army Infantry veteran, Anthony brings disciplined leadership, accountability, and strategic follow through to every project. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Miller-Motte College and operates his own General Construction company.

Joseph Loughrey, a Project Manager at Pepi Lyons Group, has over two decades of construction experience. As a licensed electrical contractor in the state of Tennessee, Joseph is able to understand operationally intensive scopes of work - and pivot when the job demands it. He understands that timing and consistency are everything in the chaotic construction industry.
Most importantly, Joseph is relationship driven. His motto, "people over profits"
